Taste the Difference and experience an exploration of flavours with Local Foraging Chef, Nelson Penner. Utilizing his organic farm, he is able to showcase the best of local Nova-Scotian cuisine with, in-season ingredients.  Bringing you a six-course tasting menu to revel in and savour.

We offer a wide selection of wine, craft beers and spirits from our bar menu. For the wine lover, we offer a wine pairing for each course, which has been thoughtfully paired with either domestic or international wines by our resident wine expert. Please note: wine pairings are subject to change and may not be available if minimum requirements have not been met.

You can reserve a table without a room reservation.

 

For your enjoyment Chef Penner Supper Club will be held every Friday night throughout the year. Tantalize the taste buds with a preview of our upcoming menus. We look forward to seeing you.

We've partnered with L’Acadie Vineyard to offer our 1st Vegan Supper Club Night. Chef Penner is known for offering an explosion of flavours and textures for every palate. 

Allow Chef Penner' to take you on a culinary journey in celebration of the Autumn Harvest with a

7-Course Vegan Tasting Menu.

Our desire to offer a truly Vegan evening our first thought was L'Acadie Vineyards.  Owner Winemaker, Bruce Ewert and his family have been making award winning sparkling wines since 2010.  They are the first Vineyard in North America to become a certified organic & biocyclic vegan farm.    

Make it a Valley Vegan Getaway Package and spend the night.  We've blocked our rooms for this event so please give us a call to secure your room. 

Arrive earlier to relax and enjoy our outdoor pavilion or back parlour with a cocktail from our bar menu before dinner. 

Seating starts at 5:45 pm with your dining experience beginning at 6:00 pm. 

For your convenience, an automatic 18% gratuity will be applied to your table at the end of the evening.  

Seating is limited, to avoid disappointment please give us a call to make a reservation. Due to the preparation required, a 7-day cancellation policy is in effect for all our supper club dinners. Should you need to cancel within this time and preparation has begun you will still be responsible.

 

We also ask any allergies be brought to our attention 7 days before your reservation. Due to the nature of our dining experience, we are unable to accommodate food intolerances other than gluten. Minor menu changes or substitutions may occur based on availability at the discretion of the Chef.
